Each year, the Morgan’s Point Resort Volunteer Firefighter Association and the Ladies Auxiliary, co-sponsor a $1,00 Education Scholarship to the Miss Flame contestant selected to represent the Morgan’s Point Resort Fire Department at community events and in the Bell County Fire Chief’s Association Miss Flame Contest.
Contestants are rated on their personality, poise and appearance with the most important point score area focuses on their knowledge of Fire Safety and Prevention.
The winner of the 2018-2019 MPR Miss Flame was announced on Tuesday evening, Sept. 11th, during the regular monthly City Council meeting, by the 2017-2018 Miss Flame, Kayla Schescke.

Raylynne is the daughter of BJ and Shauna Scheible of Morgan's Point Resort. She is the youngest of five in a blended family with three brothers and one sister. Raylynne loves cheer and tumble and has participated in cheer since 2012. She is a sophomore at Belton High School where she is currently a Junior Varsity cheerleader. Outside of school she enjoys family time playing cards and games and camping.
Raylynne has a strong foundation in Community and Fire Service. Her grandfather, Fred Scheible, Sr. was a District Fire Chief for 15 years and served in fire services for 33 years. BJ Scheible, her dad, joined Morgan's Point Volunteer Fire Department in 2001 and has served as Assistant Fire Chief since 2005. In addition, her three uncles and mom, Shauna, are also in the fire service.
She will serve as Ambassador for our Fire Department in the local Community and our extended Fire District. We want to congratulate and welcome Raylynne Scheible as our 2018-2019 Morgan's Point Miss Flame.
